Description

The present project aims at signing a new contract for the provision of Assessment Centres services. Assessment Centres are a relatively standard tool to establish the profile of candidates in order to match it to job requirements. The GSC and associated institutions use the ACs in management selections, to complete the assessment carried out by the Advisory Boards and thus formulate meaningful opinion on candidate’s suitability for management position, as well as their strengths and areas of development. The current project foresees the launching of a new inter-institutional procurement procedure, GSC-led, with the confirmed participation of the Committee of the Regions and the European Economic and Social Committee. This inter-institutional procurement procedure will replace the current Framework Contract UCA 19/063. It will cover only Assessment Centres, the three institutions not wishing to use other parts of the previous contract(notably Development Centres).
