Request for Expression of Interest for Auctioneering Services in Turkiye

Objectives: The main objective of this tender is to establish a new Frame Agreement for the provision of Auctioneering Services in Türkiye. UNHCR seeks a disposal solution for its used vehicles and other assets through auctioning. The auctioneer will be responsible for supporting the customs clearance process, organizing, conducting auctions, collecting payments, and managing the distribution of net revenue to UNHCR and any participating UN agencies. UNHCR also aims to provide auctioneering services to other UN sister agencies, which could lead to increased volumes of assets to auction. All actions should aim to reach maximum exposure and efficiency, ensuring items meet reserve prices for finalization of sales.
