Consultancy - Midterm Independent Project Evaluation - Improving living conditions and resilience of refugees displaced by the Syrian crisis and vulnerable hosting communities in Lebanon (ENABLE)

Objectives: The project aims to improve living conditions and resilience for refugees displaced by the Syrian crisis and vulnerable host communities in Lebanon. It focuses on adapting employment policies to support social protection strategies, facilitating the integration of vulnerable workers into productive sectors, and promoting decent employment opportunities. The project seeks to address challenges exacerbated by financial crises, COVID-19, and recent conflict escalations by offering alternative employment opportunities, short-term job placements, and skills training, targeting vulnerable groups including youth, women, and persons with disabilities.
