Objectives: The tender is for the development of a comprehensive Conservation Project for the Odesa House of Scientists, also known as Str. Sabaneiv Myst, 4, Odesa, Ukraine. This project is aimed at guiding the preservation and restoration of the historic building, which has suffered significant damage due to attacks on Odesa. The tender outlined tasks include assessing the heritage value, condition documentation, developing conservation strategies, risk mitigation planning, and creating a final conservation plan, among others.
