USPSC - OTI Country Representative - Angola (GS-14)

Objectives: The United States Government (USG), represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), seeks offers from qualified U.S. citizens to provide personal services as a Country Representative - Angola (GS-14). The position is under a personal services contract, and the Country Representative will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and managing USAID's Angola country program. Tasks include representing OTI’s mission to senior government officials and other stakeholders, analyzing political developments, and managing strategic and programmatic activities.
