Objective and Purpose of the Assignment

The objective of this consulting service is decentralize the state services, provide all the state registration services in the primary unit, develop and upgrade the state registration systems of property rights and legal entities, fully connecting the state registration services of property rights and legal entities with the integrated registration database system and the digital unified archive database and by strengthening the capacity to improve the knowledge and skills of the state registrars who are providing public services in soums, simplifying, prompting and making government services accessible to the citizens, while state registration services of property rights and legal entities system with the purpose of Government of Mongolia intends to provide public services to citizens and legal entities in digitally, to create a public service basic system with innovative and advanced IT solutions, with the possibility of exchanging information within the basic public service systems, have been fully introduced in soums.
