Objectives: The primary objective of this tender is to procure a comprehensive hybrid conference discussion and interpretation system for the IUCN Members’ Assembly. This includes onsite requirements such as high-quality conference microphone systems with participant identification and volume control, integration with IUCN's accreditation system, simultaneous interpretation in three languages through compliant systems, automatic video tracking, and streaming capabilities. Remote requirements involve a secure platform for discussions, requests to speak, technical support, and interpretation, synchronized with onsite systems to support and record multiple concurrent participants. Hybrid integration aims to provide a seamless interface for both onsite and remote participants to engage and interact efficiently, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility. Additionally, the solution must emphasize scalability, technical support, sustainability, proven expertise, and operational efficiency.
