Supply and Delivery of Curtains and Drapes

Objectives: The objective is to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the supply and delivery of curtains and drapes to the U.S. Embassy in Manila. This agreement aims to facilitate purchases up to PHP 3,000,000 over three years, streamlining the procurement process without obligating the Embassy to a specific amount and ensuring tax exemptions are adhered to. Payments will be made via EFT and invoices submitted monthly or upon agreement expiration. The agreement encourages technically acceptable and responsible firms aiming to offer products or services to the U.S. Government at or below market prices.
