Compound Ecological Project in Hedong New Area, Anzhou District, Mianyang City - AZ-W2: Construction of a new water plant project

Objectives: The objective of the tender is the construction of a new water plant in the Hedong New Area, Anzhou District, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, China. The project includes all civil and supporting engineering construction work, except intake pump houses and upstream pipelines. This involves constructing all buildings, structures, and individual structures for water purification, installing and commissioning pipelines and accessories related to the water treatment and office area, and carrying out environmental greening, roadworks, retaining walls, lighting, and other associated civil engineering required for mechanical equipment installation. The contractor is responsible for grounding systems, indoor water, drainage, fire protection systems, HVAC, testing, commissioning, operator training, and maintenance of the project operation during the defects liability period. The construction period is 9 months after the contract is signed.
