e-Monitoring and Digitalization Solution’ for Bhutan Power System Operator (BPSO) Control Centre

Objectives: Objectives of this tender focus on enhancing the efficiency and transparency of the Bhutan Power System Operator (BPSO) through the development of an e-Monitoring and Digitalization Solution. It aims to automate key functions at the Control Centre, ensure systematic digital archiving of event-related information, streamline the issuance and storage of instructions, facilitate structured outage recording, and improve the retrieval and analysis of information. This, in turn, will optimize operations by automating operations coordination, availability factor computation, outage record archiving, and parameter deviation monitoring.
