TA-6858 BHU: Green and Resilient Affordable Housing Sector Project - TA Team Lead (Architect and Urban Planner) (54355-001)

Objectives: On 7 December 2021, ADB approved the Green and Resilient Affordable Housing Sector Project with a funding of $24.0 million through ADB’s concessional ordinary capital resources and a $6.0 million Asian Development Fund grant. Closing on 30 June 2028, the project aims to enhance the National Housing Policy and land management, integrate resilience in housing development, and improve housing management information systems. It also aspires to support the National Housing Development Corporation Limited (NHDCL) and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MOIT) by reviewing allotment rules, monitoring rental housing uptake, advancing the policy and regulatory framework, training staff, managing projects, and augmenting the information system.
