TA-10412 PHI: Energy Transition Support Program - Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings - Financial Management Specialist (58196-001)

Objectives: The objective of the Energy Transition Support Program is to accelerate the implementation of the Government Energy Management Program (GEMP) in the Philippines by implementing energy efficiency measures in at least 300 public buildings. The program focuses on improving energy efficiency through lighting, air conditioning, rooftop solar photovoltaic, smart metering, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Technical assistance funding will support the preparation of assessments, plans, and evaluations to ensure the program's soundness and sustainability, ultimately aiming to reduce energy consumption and demonstrate the feasibility of such efficiency actions in the public sector.
