Analysis of selected business processes at the Statistics for Development Division

Objectives: The purpose of this consultancy is to conduct a detailed business process analysis within SDD, focusing on the optimisation and standardisation of key statistical processes. Based on a selection of 3 representative processes, the analysis will provide recommendations for improving operational efficiency, enhancing data quality and ensuring alignment with global statistical standards. The objectives include task identification and documentation, mapping information exchanges, estimating execution time, and providing improvement recommendations for GSBPM compliance and data standardisation.
