Travel Management Services

Objectives: The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain travel management services for the U.S. Embassy in Nairobi, Kenya. The services include providing on-site travel management and related services for U.S. Government employees and their dependents for both domestic and international travel. This contract will cover a one-year period from the date of award, with options to renew for four successive one-year periods. The agreement will be a firm fixed price type, and the services will involve issuing travel reservations and tickets, managing travel itineraries, assisting with visa processing, and coordinating various travel-related services.
