Consultancy Procurement - Strategy Development & Pilot

Objectives: AfriKids' Rise Up Proof of Concept (PoC) project aims to pioneer a sustainable, community-driven model for educational transformation across Northern Ghana, Ghana, and Sub-Saharan Africa, utilizing the innovative Means, Motive, Opportunity (MMO) model to empower local communities to lead educational change by building their capacities, reducing reliance on material incentives, and harnessing intrinsic motivation. The consultancy's objective is to refine, test, and validate this model by assessing its impact, effectiveness, scalability, and to generate evidence-driven insights for future implementation and improvement. The ultimate goal is a validated Rise Up program that creates a lasting impact on education for Africa's most underserved populations.
