Request for Proposal: Consultancy Service – Development Project Information Management System (PIMS) at Madhesh Province

Objectives: The Madhesh Project Information Management System (PIMS) aims to develop a comprehensive system for tracking and visualizing data on projects supporting Basic Service Delivery (BSD) to Provincial Local Governments (PLGs). This includes mapping resources, visualizing budget allocations, and highlighting priority areas. The focus is on aiding underprivileged and excluded municipalities by facilitating informed decision-making and preventing resource duplication. The system will help visualize projects across federal, provincial, and municipal levels, as well as detail contributions by development partners. Overall, it seeks to enhance transparency, communication, decision-making, and project management efficiency in Madhesh Province.
