Expression of Interest REF# HRA/RFA/01/2024/25 Qualified Suppliers and Prospective Financial Service Providers - Ethiopia

Objectives: The main objectives of the tender are to partner with qualified suppliers and prospective Financial Service Providers to innovate and expand access to financial services for PSNP clients in Ethiopia, contributing to the achievement of HRA’s result areas. The tender seeks to facilitate inclusive, diverse, and connected markets for 120,000 PSNP households in six target regions, enabling them to reach the graduation threshold sustainably. Several objectives include enhancing financial literacy, expanding service access points, supporting financial institutions affected by conflict, facilitating tailored financial solutions, and increasing financial services uptake amongst PSNP clients.
