RTIA / W1-UGA – Feasibility Study and Conceptualisation of the Teacher Internship Programme_international Expert (m/w)

Objectives: The primary goal of this tender is to conduct a feasibility study and conceptualize a practical, 12-month teacher internship program as per the new requirements of Uganda’s National Teacher Policy. This program targets teacher students who have completed a 3-year initial training (Bachelor's degree), with the objective to enhance teacher efficiency, equity, and quality in education. Key deliverables include a feasibility study report, roadmap, policy brief, and a final comprehensive report to support Uganda's Ministry of Education in implementing this program effectively.
