Objectives: The Embassy of Ireland in Tokyo, Japan is seeking tenders for general cleaning services for its premises, known as 'Ireland House'. The services include comprehensive cleaning and janitorial/sanitary services for the entire premises except for the interior residential floor of the Ambassador’s residence, which involves window and exterior cleaning, supply and management of cleaning supplies, and maintaining high standards while cleaning public and historical areas. The contract is initially set for one year, with the possibility of annual renewal for up to four years.
