Gender Expert and Gender Analysis

Objectives: Oxfam in Lebanon seeks a gender expert to update, triangulate, and analyze gender-disaggregated data. The consultancy aims to focus on variations in access, power, and decision-making between men and women of various nationalities in Lebanon. Key tasks include targeted data collection, a desk review of existing reports, and synthesizing findings into a report. The consultant will also facilitate a roundtable discussion with Women's Rights Organizations to discuss the analysis results and support strategic planning for mitigation and response plans based on identified needs and threats.
