RFP for Country Assessment and Developing Guidance Framework for Quality Assurance in the Solar Energy Sector

Objectives: The objective of the assignment is to develop a deep understanding of standardization in the solar sector around the world and institutional arrangements required at the country level to develop, adopt, and implement the standards/codes/guidelines in the solar sector in alignment with the global prevailing quality standards. Develop a country evaluation framework to estimate the status of standardization in the solar sector and identify gaps, needs, and support areas to promote the standardization of the solar sector in member countries in harmony with globally prevailing quality assurance mechanisms.
