Le Gouvernement de la Republique du Tchad obtenu un Don de la Banque Mondiale et a l'intention d'utiliser une partie de ces fonds pour éffectuer pour effectuer les paiements prévus au titre de l'Accord-cadre n°01rélatif au Marché de construction des infrastructures scolaires dans la province du Barh El Ghazel.
Le PARAEB invite,par la présente,les soumissionnaires à présenter leurs offres sous plifermé ,pour la réalisation des travaux de construction des salles de classe,latrines,despoints d'eau et des aménagements exterieurs reparties en cinq (5) lots.
