Avis de Sollicitation À Manifestation d'Intérêt pour la Sélection d'un Consultant Chargé du Diagnostic, de L’évaluation du Système Informatique et de L’élaboration du Schéma Directeur Informatique (SDI) de l'Ohada pour la Période 2026 – 2029 (Service de Consultants)

Objectives: The main objective of this mission is to diagnose and evaluate the existing information system (SI) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA), and to develop the IT Master Plan (SDI) for the organization. This will guide the evolution of the SI infrastructure, processes, and procedures to effectively meet the needs of both internal and external users for the period 2026-2029. Specific objectives include conducting a comprehensive diagnostic analysis of the current SI, identifying its strengths and weaknesses, and producing a detailed map of the current SI, including its technical, business, organizational, and economic aspects. The goal is to update and align the SI's project portfolio with the organization's strategic objectives while ensuring cybersecurity and resilience.
