Contracting Officer’s Representative

Objectives: The objective of this Personal Services Contract is to fill the position of Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) at Embassy Jerusalem. The COR's role involves overseeing multiple criminal justice and security sector development projects in the West Bank/Palestine, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and providing technical oversight and monitoring. The COR is responsible for project management, evaluation, and addressing areas for improvement while liaising with stakeholders, including the Palestinian Authority and U.S. agencies, to achieve U.S. government objectives in criminal justice sector reforms. The position supports the INL's mission to counter international crime, illegal drugs, and instability abroad, and enhances law enforcement and justice systems in collaboration with international partners.
