Supply of Medical Equipments to Lao PDR

Objectives: The objective of the tender is the supply of a variety of medical equipment to Mittaphab Hospital in the Lao People's Democratic Republic. The equipment list includes anesthesia trolleys, curved tables, instrument cupboards, instrument tables, hydraulic and mechanical Mayo tables, medical waste trolleys, stools, operating lights, and various types of operating tables set for surgeries like day, neurosurgery, and orthopedics including traction sets. These goods are to be delivered under DAP terms to Mittaphab Hospital, with consignment clearance managed by the supplier and tax exemption facilitated by UNOPS. The contract envisions flexibility to extend the quantity of goods up to 20% beyond the specified quantity without altering unit prices or other conditions. Delivery, installation, and associated trainings are to be scheduled post-construction site readiness.
