TA-10016 REG: Improving the Enabling Environment for Sustainable Infrastructure Development through Public–Private Partnerships - TIM: National PPP Coordinator (56121-001)

Objectives: The assignment aims to continuously assist OMDP in various tasks such as supporting upstream PPP-related technical assistances (TAs), identifying potential projects in Timor-Leste, aiding government agencies in preparing applications for AP3F support, providing support to secure and monitor external resources to meet TA's objectives, identifying training, regulatory, and institutional gaps for better PPP project processing, and assisting in project evaluation. Furthermore, the expert will contribute to developing a pipeline of PPP projects, establish and maintain client relationships, and help manage government relations in Timor-Leste.
