Objectives: Development of an implementation plan for the “Regional Strategy for Adaptation to Climate Change” with a focus on strengthening transboundary cooperation in Central Asia and supporting the establishment of a regional RCCAS Secretariat. The project aims to address climate risks, enhance regional coordination for adaptation, improve adaptive capacities through knowledge management, and facilitate dialogue between policymakers and science. GIZ seeks national experts to provide consultancy and develop a national implementation plan aligning with regional strategies, while integrating NDC commitments with national socio-economic development programs.
