Action Against Hunger South Caucasus is Searching to Contract Experienced Evaluation Consultant

Objectives: Action Against Hunger is seeking an experienced evaluation consultant to comprehensively assess a completed project aimed at enhancing socio-economic conditions for the rural population in Abkhazia. The evaluation will focus on increasing economic opportunities and promoting sustainable management of natural resources, with an emphasis on agriculture. Objectives include evaluating the engagement of women, youth, and vulnerable groups in local development; assessing the impact of grants and Conditional Cash Transfers (CCTs); reviewing the effectiveness of Agricultural Training Centres, and analyzing initiatives for inclusive social services.
