National Consultant for Field Coordinator

Objectives: The main objective of this tender is to support the sustainability of Vanmai Cooperative through the construction of secondary processing facilities such as a warehouse, office/coffee shop, and indoor/outdoor structures. The consultant will provide technical expertise in designing and overseeing the construction, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and UNDP policies. The project is part of an intervention to address challenges related to opium cultivation, poverty, and transnational organized crime in Houaphanh province, Lao PDR, implemented by UNDP along with various partners.
