Development of Climate and Water Investment plan for Montenegro

Objectives: The objective of this call for offers is to develop a comprehensive Climate and Water Investment plan for Montenegro. This involves evaluating the risks posed by climate change to water resources and management in Montenegro, identifying key actions required, and creating targeted investment strategies to address these challenges. The ultimate goal is to build resilience and foster sustainable water management practices in the face of climate risk. The project is part of a larger initiative aimed at building technical and institutional capacity in Montenegro's water sector for inclusive climate resilience initiatives.
