IC/2025/013 - National Consultant for Sustainable Forest Management of ENSURE project

Objectives: The objective of the ENSURE Project is to enhance ecosystem services in multiple landscapes of the Sayan and Khangai mountains and southern Gobi by reducing rangeland and forest degradation and conserving biodiversity through sustainable livelihoods. The project focuses on four outcomes: (i) enhance enabling framework and systemic tools to conserve biodiversity and ecosystem services, (ii) restore rangelands, forests, and biodiversity, and strengthen protected areas at landscape scale, (iii) promote sustainable livelihoods benefiting local communities and supporting biodiversity, and (iv) improve knowledge management, monitoring, and evaluation for sustainability and up-scaling.
