The tasks require permanent staffing of the monitoring center (ÜWZ) as part of the technical infrastructure sector. Key activities include staffing the ÜWZ, supporting technical infrastructure teams with repairs and periodic inspections, and conducting patrols and interventions during anomalies or alarms outside regular hours. The contractor must provide a shift service including early, mid, late, and day shifts, staffed by specialists in electrical and mechanical engineering.
