IPPS- IC - Consultoría Facility de Transformación Digital Inclusiva en Colombia

Objectives: The objective of the tender is to provide consultancy services for the design, coordination, and implementation of the Inclusive Digital Transformation Facility (IDTF) in Colombia. Key aims include developing and implementing strategic, governance, and operational proposals for the IDTF, managing alliances and resource mobilization to meet project goals, creating integrated monitoring, evaluation, knowledge management, and communication strategies in collaboration with participating agencies, and ensuring a human rights and gender perspective is integrated into all IDTF strategies and actions. The IDTF supports implementing projects and initiatives to close digital gaps, promote economic inclusion, and develop a secure digital space consistent with human rights principles.
