Request for Proposals - Consultant to support self-assessment of the implementation of National Action Plan on Forced Labour (2021-2025)

Objectives: This call seeks proposals to support the self-assessment by the Government of Malaysia of the effectiveness and impact of the National Action Plan on Forced Labour (2021-2025) (NAP-FL). The objectives include facilitating the self-assessment of the plan's implementation, identifying achievements and best practices, highlighting gaps and challenges, proposing stakeholder-driven recommendations, and supporting the development of the next phase of NAP-FL. This exercise aims to improve policy measures to eradicate forced labour, enhance coordination among stakeholders, and align with international standards, particularly those set by the ILO.
