Lebanon Renewable Energy and System Reinforcement Project: Engineering services for preparation and support with implementation supervision to Electricite du Liban (Owner Engineer)

Objectives: The objective is to support Electricité du Liban (EDL) with consulting services through an Owner’s Engineer (OE) to guide the Lebanon Renewable Energy and System Reinforcement Project. The OE will provide comprehensive engineering, project management, and supervision support for project components such as the establishment of a National Control Center (NCC), development of grid-connected solar PV plants, and enhancement of EDL's operational systems. This includes tasks like finalization of technical specifications, procurement management, and supervising construction activities to ensure adherence to World Bank and EDL standards.
