Objectives: The Data Engineering Lead will lead the data infrastructure and engineering teams on ADB's AI initiatives, focusing on Databricks and preparing data for Large Language Models (LLMs). The role ensures the project’s data systems are robust, scalable, and optimized to support advanced machine learning workflows, particularly in the realm of generative AI. This involves defining and executing data engineering strategies aligned with ADB’s goals for AI and LLM deployment, overseeing Databricks workflows, developing data preparation pipelines for LLMs, managing a high-performing team, collaborating with stakeholders, maintaining scalable infrastructures, and advocating for emerging technologies.
