Consulting Services for the Digitalization of Rural Finance Network and Strategic Plan

Objectives: The Government of Sierra Leone, with financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), is seeking the digitization of its Rural Finance Network (RFN) as part of the Rural Finance and Community Improvement Programme AF2. Key objectives include structuring the RFN through a three-year strategy and acquiring a suitable management information system to support it. The consultant will work with NPCU, APEX Bank, and IFAD Country Office to diagnose the RFN, produce a sustainable strategy, and identify/acquire a core banking or loan management system, all within a six-month assignment period.
