Objectives: The objective of the mission is to evaluate the implementation status of initiatives by young and women beneficiaries of two sub-projects and to develop an accompaniment plan to improve the performance of these initiatives. The specific goals include establishing the baseline situation prior to technical and financial support, assessing resource utilization, identifying progress and challenges in implementation, evaluating the sustainability of results and potential growth areas, documenting lessons learned, and proposing and implementing an appropriate support plan to enhance beneficiary entities' performance.
