Information collection and confirmation survey on the development of IT personnel in Ukraine in Poland and support for refugees in Poland (Projects for applying the fast track system) (QCBS-Lampsam type)

Objectives: The key objective of this tender is to conduct an information collection and confirmation survey on the development of IT personnel in Ukraine within Poland, and to support refugees in Poland (projects applying the fast-track system). It seeks to gather additional data on higher education and the IT sector within Ukraine, refine and test training plans, and improve training programs within Poland based on previous survey results. Additionally, the study aims to propose long-term support strategies, working with universities like the Polish Japanese Academy of Information Technology (PJAIT) and involving the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) for sustained support for the IT human resource development of Ukrainian refugees.
