LOAN-4517 CAM: Secondary Education for Human Capital Competitiveness Project - CS-03 Feasibility Study of Data Center (57174-001)

Objectives: A more effective education system that prepares young people for jobs and instills a passion for science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) is crucial for Cambodia to maximize the potential of its young population and drive future economic growth. The proposed Secondary Education for Human Capital Competitiveness Project will strengthen upper secondary education to be more inclusive with interactive teaching and learning that imparts 21st century skills, while improving the assessment system and introducing new pathways for students to progress to post-secondary education. The project aligns with CAMSEB 2030 to foster high-quality human resources. The project outcomes focus on improving the effectiveness and gender inclusivity of the upper secondary education system.
