Evaluability Review for Project: Trade, Labour, and Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work in South-East Asia

Objectives: The Trade, Labour, and FPRW in Southeast Asia project is a five-year initiative (2024-2029) aimed at enhancing labour compliance with international labour standards, particularly in trade-oriented sectors in South-East Asia. It focuses on improving enforcement of labour provisions in free trade agreements, fostering social dialogue, and integrating gender and inclusion into labour rights advocacy. The project aims for improved and sustained promotion and enforcement of Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (FPRW) in South-East Asian export sectors through an integrated approach. Immediate objectives include strengthening regional stakeholders' capacity, raising awareness and knowledge, enhancing dialogue and consensus, and integrating compliance and sustainability in the region's initiatives.
