Objectives: The UN Development Programme (UNDP) is promoting sustainable human development, human rights, and gender equality through technical assistance, aiming to close gaps and ensure nobody is left behind. Under the programmatic framework, the UNDP has entered into an institutional strengthening project with the National Registry of Persons (RNP) called PROFIN. This project supports SDGs 9 and 16, where the right to identity enables access to social rights and where technological innovation plays a crucial role. The project involves constructing a completely new building in Quimistán, Santa Bárbara, fully assessed by the Institutional Strengthening Project's and UNDP's technical team. The project's core objective is to deliver a modern infrastructure to enhance public service delivery.
