Data Governance in the Costa Rican Social Security Fund

Objectives: The main objective of this tender is to improve data governance and management at the Costa Rican Social Security Fund (CCSS) for evidence-based decision-making. This includes a comprehensive assessment of data maturity covering various aspects such as data governance, security, quality, and interoperability, among others. The project aims to identify gaps and challenges in data utilization and develop a roadmap for implementing data governance practices, aligning with international best practices, to enhance operational efficiency, transparency, and health service delivery.
