Refurbishment of ARCCs-Benazir Hospital Islamabad Bolan medical college Quetta

Objectives: The main objective of the tender is the refurbishment and renovation of three Anti Rape Crisis Centers (ARCCs) located in Pakistan: at Benazir Hospital Islamabad, Bolan Medical College Quetta, and Civil Hospital Quetta. These renovations are parts of the 'Prevention and Protection of Women from Violence Through Access to Justice, Services, and Safe Public Spaces' project, known as "Tahafuz," supported by the US State Department's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). The project aims to enhance the capacity of law enforcement officials, foster better coordination among justice sector stakeholders, and support the implementation of laws aimed at ending violence against women. The ARCCs provide a coordinated, survivor-centered approach, offering immediate medical, legal, and psychological support to survivors of gender-based violence, aligning with UN Women's broader vision for a gender-equal Pakistan.
