Forest and Savanna Restoration Investment Program: Recrutement des Consultants/cabinets en Charge d'Appuyer le Processus d'Aménagement du Territoire (ppat) dans les Provinces du Kasaï Oriental et de la Lomami

Objectives: The objective of the mission is to develop Provincial and Local Land Use Plans. Specifically, the consultant will support the establishment or strengthening of Agricultural Rural Management Councils and other collaboration platforms for stakeholder dialogue at various levels of provincial decentralization, macro-zoning, mapping activities, support in selecting sectoral options with indicative budgets for 5 to 15 years, strengthen provincial authorities' capacities in plan registration and implementation oversight, and support preparation and registration of land use plans.
