Objectives: The main objective of this project is to develop a legal and regulatory framework for inclusive insurance in Comoros, aimed at promoting an inclusive, adaptive, and resilient insurance sector to strengthen community resilience to climate risks. Key expected outcomes include a comprehensive analysis of the current legal framework to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for the development of inclusive insurance in Comoros and the development of innovative inclusive insurance products that are accessible and adaptable to vulnerable populations facing climate and disaster risks.
