Objectives: The "Networks of Change II - Second Campaign Evaluation" project aims to evaluate the effectiveness, impact, and areas of improvement in the youth-led "Work for Work" campaign conducted under the NOC2 programme in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The evaluation will focus on assessing the campaign's success in addressing key issues related to youth preparedness for the labor market, engagement and reach through digital and traditional media, and the campaign's impact on target groups including universities, the private sector, government, and youth. It also aims to identify lessons for future campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
