Objectives: The tender aims to recruit a Supervision and Support Consultant (SSC) for the construction of a Pumped-Storage Hydropower Plant (PSHP) at BAC AI in Vietnam. The main objectives include overseeing the preparation of bidding documents, aiding in construction drawing design, and supervising the construction and commissioning phases. The SSC will ensure that the project meets national and international standards, particularly those set by the project's co-financiers, and maintains robust ESHS compliance to safeguard environmental and social aspects throughout the project.
