International consultant to provide expert support in teleradiology procurement

Objectives: The objective of the task is to provide expert technical guidance and evaluation throughout the procurement and implementation process of a specialized digital health system for the Ministry of Health of Montenegro and UNDP. The expert's role includes ensuring the accuracy, relevance, and completeness of technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and procurement documentation, as well as providing detailed suggestions and inputs for various stages of the procurement process, participating in evaluation panels, and offering ongoing guidance throughout the tender and implementation phases.
