Assessment of Digital Ecosystem and Social Security Business Process Re-engineering

Objectives: The primary objective of this tender is to assess the digital ecosystem implemented by the Kurdistan Regional Government for administering social security to private-sector workers and to perform business process re-engineering (BPR) to enhance its efficiency, productivity, and stakeholder satisfaction. It involves evaluating the existing digital infrastructure and developing a modern Management Information System for social security, recommending solutions, and rethinking existing business processes to eliminate redundancies and streamline operations for a more agile and responsive service.
